Think of it as a wondrous Victorian bar serving theatrical contemporary takes on 19th Century concoctions, an extraordinary Dickensian restaurant full of deliciously steaming Yuletide dishes by star Exec Chef Ash Clarke, and a ravishing retelling of the festive classic A Christmas Carol, by none other than Charles Dickens himself.

The Great Christmas Feast runs from 6th November to 31st December 2026, with both lunch and dinner performances available across the run.
How many guests can you accommodate for a Christmas party?
We can accommodate Christmas party group bookings for 10 to 250 guests, making The Great Christmas Feast suitable for everything from smaller team celebrations to large company parties.
Do you offer private group bookings?
Yes. Exclusive private hire is available on a select number of dates, giving your group exclusive use of the venue and the full Great Christmas Feast immersive experience.
Can large groups sit together?
Yes. Your dedicated Guest Manager will take care of the seating arrangements for you. The room is designed so that large parties can be seated together in the same area, and we’ll always do our best to keep your group as close together as possible. Depending on your group size, this may mean seating across several neighbouring tables.
Are food and drinks included in the Christmas party experience?
All tickets include a three-course festive feast as part of the experience. Drinks are available separately, and groups can also arrange drinks packages and pre-orders in advance.
Do you cater for allergies or dietary requirements?
Yes. We can cater for a wide range of dietary requirements, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, halal, alcohol-free and egg-free diets, as well as many major allergies. Your Guest Manager will help coordinate everything in advance, so it’s one less thing for you to organise.
Is there a minimum group size for Christmas bookings?
To qualify as a group booking, your party needs to be 10 guests or more.
How far in advance should I book my work Christmas party?
As soon as possible. The Great Christmas Feast has sold out for the last eight years, and tickets move quickly, with many dates selling out as early as September. If you have a particular date in mind, we recommend enquiring now to avoid missing out.
