What should I expect?

The Great Christmas Feast is London’s ultimate festive night out. For one night only, you are Dickens’ guest as he unveils a ghostly Christmas story. legendary night of bewitching storytelling, festive feasting, and Yuletide mixology awaits…

Think of it as a wondrous Victorian bar serving theatrical contemporary takes on 19th Century concoctions, an extraordinary Dickensian restaurant full of deliciously steaming Yuletide dishes by star Exec Chef Ash Clarke and a ravishing retelling of the festive classic A Christmas Carol, by none other than Charles Dickens himself.

At the Great Christmas Feast, we specialise in weaving these elements into one. You may be served food as part of a story or discover you and your table swept up into the tale itself.

What is the food menu?

The Great Christmas Feast kitchen is run by Exec Chef Ash Clarke (previously Gordon Ramsay Group, Temper Soho and Smokestak) alongside a brilliant team of chefs.

Ash’s food for the Great Christmas Feast is a fusion of historical Victorian dishes and modern technique, from Dickensian street food to unctious roasts with all the trimmings.

All Ash’s mouthwatering menus will be released very soon because perfection doesn’t happen overnight – Charlie himself would concur with that...

The three-course feast is able to cater to most dietary requirements (pescetarian, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free) and most allergen requirements.

How do you cater for dietary and allergen requirements?

All of our ticket types include our 3-course set menu. Whilst we can cater for dietary/allergen requirements, we cannot cater to personal food preferences.

Full set menu and allergen information will be released soon.

You must complete a dietary requirements form at least 48 hours before your visit if you have any dietary or allergen requirements, or require the vegetarian or vegan option. The form will be sent to you by email shortly after purchasing tickets and will be asked again to confirm any dietary or allergen requirements by Front of House staff on arrival.

We can accommodate pescatarian, vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, and most major allergies however there are limitations with severe allergies and some religious requirements.

As allergens are present in our kitchen, we cannot guarantee dishes are 100% allergen-free. We, therefore, advise guests with severe allergies to assess their own level of risk before consuming items from our menu.

We do not have any treatments for anaphylaxis in the venue therefore each guest is responsible for their own medicines or auto-injectors, if needed.

We don’t allow you to bring your own food or drinks to the show and will operate a bag search on entry.

Are drinks included in my ticket?

No, drinks are not included in the ticket price, except Charlie’s Circle (includes 1 welcome drink per person) and Charlie’s Circle Royale (includes 1 glass of champagne and 1 nightcap per person).

Our in-house bar offers a fantastic menu of cocktails, wines, beers and non-alcoholic drinks. The bar is cashless.

Is there a dress code?

Nothing is compulsory at the Great Christmas Feast, you can come as you wish.

However, we would love to see you dressed up. Whether that’s your Dickensian best or more contemporary finery, nothing makes a night at the Feast more special than a room full of London’s most upstanding ladies and gentlemen.

And in case you’re worried you’ll be alone…the vast majority of guests attend our events dressed up. So go for it. You won’t be alone…

Can I take photos and videos?

Absolutely! However, we please ask that you be mindful of others around you. Please keep the flash off and the screen brightness low, particularly during moments of theatrical performance.
